Exchange, Returns, and Refund Policy

To ensure your complete satisfaction, we offer a simple and straightforward 30-day exchange and return policy. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help you with a smooth process for exchanges and returns.

Complimentary Exchange and Returns

We want you to love every piece of jewelry you buy from Fancy Clarity. If you find that the piece you’ve purchased is not exactly what you expected, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. Below are the steps for returns and exchanges:

• For Exchanges:

  1. Contact our customer service team at service@fancyclarity.com with your order number to initiate the exchange process.

  2. We’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label to make the return as easy and convenient as possible.

  3. Once we receive the item, we will promptly send you the new item of your choice.

• For Returns:

  1. Email our customer service team at service@fancyclarity.com with your order number to begin the return process.

  2. We’ll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label for a hassle-free return.

  3. After we receive the returned item, we will process your refund. Please note that refunds typically take 7 business days to be processed.

Important Considerations for Returns and Exchanges:

• All returned items must be in unworn condition with all original documentation (including packaging) for a full refund or exchange.

• Please ensure that string tags are not removed from the item if you intend to return it. Items that show signs of wear may incur a restocking fee of 10%-20% plus the shipping charges.

• Engraved rings will be subject to a $40 engraving removal fee. This fee will be applied if the ring is exchanged or refunded.

We offer up to 2 complimentary returns per customer per year. After that, you can still return your items, but a restocking fee and shipping charges may apply.

Non-Returnable Items:

Please note that the following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

• Items that have already been exchanged.

• Items that have been personalized or engraved, except for rings with engraving, which can still be returned or exchanged (engraving removal fee applies).

• Custom-designed jewelry, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

• Modified or resized rings.

• Comparison purchases (buying multiple items with the intention of keeping one and returning others) may not qualify for our standard return policy.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation Fee: If you wish to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, a 10% cancellation fee will be applied to your refund.

• Custom Orders: Once the CAD design is approved, cancellations are not allowed. A 25% fee will be charged if you cancel the order before CAD approval.

Resizing Policy:

If your ring does not fit as expected, we offer a complimentary resize within 6 months of receiving your ring, for up to 2 sizes up or down. After this period, resizing will incur a fee starting at $50 AUD.

• Pave Band Rings can be resized up to 4 sizes larger and down 2.5 sizes.

• Marquise & Round Shared Prong Bands can be resized a maximum of 2 sizes only.

Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for resizing requests.

Lifetime Warranty:

At Fancy Clarity, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our jewelry. We offer a lifetime warranty on our engagement rings, ceremonial rings, and fine jewelry. This covers issues related to craftsmanship, such as faulty settings or flawed metal finishes.

What’s Covered:

• Craftsmanship issues, including unstable settings or metal finishes.

• Optical properties of Moissanite gemstones and lab-grown diamonds.

What’s Not Covered:

• Normal wear and tear, including scratches or dents.

• Damage due to improper care, such as cracked stones or misshapen settings.

• Loss of stones or damage is not immediately addressed after noticing the issue.

• Loss or theft of the jewelry.

Repairs conducted by unauthorized third-party jewelers will void the warranty.

Shipping Information:

• Free Shipping: We offer complimentary express shipping for all domestic and international orders.

• Domestic Orders: Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days after dispatch.

• International Orders: Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days.

Import Duties and Taxes: For international shipments, you may be required to pay import duties and taxes when the package arrives at your destination. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Engraving Services:

We offer complimentary engraving for all engagement and ceremonial rings during the crafting phase. If you wish to add engraving after your ring is completed, a fee starting at $20 will apply, depending on the number of characters.

If you need to modify the engraving after it’s done, a $100 fee will be charged.
