The production time for our jewelry typically ranges from 5-15 days, depending on the design and customization. Expedited orders are processed in 3-10 days. Once your jewelry is crafted, shipping takes 2-5 business days within Australia and 5-7 business days for international orders.

All of our jewelry is shipped via Australia Post for domestic orders and a variety of international carriers for global shipments. Standard shipping with Australia Post is free for both domestic and international orders. For expedited delivery, we use DHL, which incurs an additional fee.
