What is Covered Under Our Lifetime Warranty?
Our Lifetime Warranty ensures that your Fancy Clarity jewelry is protected against craftsmanship defects under normal wear and use. This includes:

Craftsmanship Issues: If your jewelry shows signs of faulty craftsmanship, such as unstable settings or flaws in the metalwork, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

Optical Properties of Moissanite and Lab-Grown Diamonds: If there are any changes in the clarity, color, fire, lustre, or brilliance of the Moissanite gemstones or lab-grown diamonds (IGI or GIA Certified) in your jewelry, we will cover this under the warranty.
What is NOT Covered Under Our Lifetime Warranty?
While our warranty covers defects in craftsmanship and optical properties under normal conditions, there are some exceptions. Our Lifetime Warranty does not cover:

Normal Wear and Tear: This includes scratches, dents, or tarnishing of the metal that occur over time due to everyday use.

Damage from Improper Care or Handling: Jewelry that is damaged due to improper wear, such as exposure to harsh chemicals, bending, cracking, or misuse, is not covered.

Lost Stones: Loss of stones due to damage or wear and tear that is not addressed immediately is not covered by the warranty.

Loss or Theft: The warranty does not cover the loss or theft of your jewelry.

Repairs or Alterations by Unauthorized Jewelers: Any repairs or modifications made by a jeweler other than Fancy Clarity will void the warranty, unless otherwise agreed upon by our team in exceptional circumstances.
