Fancy Clarity Lifetime Warranty Policy

At Fancy Clarity, we are committed to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship in every piece of jewellery we create. We warrant that all jewellery purchased from our website will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery. Before dispatch, each piece is carefully inspected, and a product preview video will be shared via email so you can view your piece before it is shipped.

We offer a Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty to all of our customers, regardless of the price and type of item. The Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty is effective from the date of purchase, only for Fancy Clarity purchases, and it is non-transferrable.


What is Covered Under Our Lifetime Warranty

As part of our commitment to long-term care, we offer the following complimentary services as preventative maintenance:

• Professional cleaning
• Re-polishing
• Gemstone and/or diamond tightening
• Re-rhodium plating (where applicable)

These services are preventative in nature and are intended to help maintain your jewellery over time. They do not indicate that wear, damage, or maintenance-related issues are considered manufacturing defects, nor do they insure against loss or damage.


What is NOT Covered Under Our Lifetime Warranty

While our warranty covers genuine manufacturing defects, it does not cover repair, replacement, or maintenance for the following:

Normal Wear and Tear
Cosmetic or surface changes resulting from daily use after delivery, including scratches, dents, surface abrasion, fading, discoloration, oxidation, or gradual loss of polish.
(Re-polishing is a maintenance service and does not imply such wear is a defect.)

Damage from Improper Care or External Factors
Damage caused by improper wear, exposure to chemicals, cosmetics, perfumes, moisture, environmental factors, accidental impact, misuse, or negligent handling.

Structural Wear Over Time
Natural wear of metals over time, including bending, thinning, deformation, or prong wear. Such wear may affect stone security and requires routine maintenance.

Stone Loss
Loss of stones resulting from wear, impact, improper care, or failure to carry out timely maintenance. Complimentary tightening services are preventative and do not cover or insure against gemstone loss.

Delayed Reporting
Any damage or issue that is not reported within a reasonable timeframe after first being noticed may not be eligible for warranty assessment.

Loss or Theft
Loss or theft of the jewellery is not covered under this warranty.

Unauthorized Repairs or Alterations
Any repair, resizing, engraving, or modification carried out by a jeweller or service provider other than Fancy Clarity will void the warranty, unless otherwise explicitly agreed by us in writing.


Lifetime Warranty Terms

• This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
• Proof of purchase (such as the original receipt) is required to validate any warranty claim.
• All warranty claims are subject to inspection and assessment by Fancy Clarity.
• We reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, whether an issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect under this policy.


How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please email us at service@fancyclarity.com with your order number, clear images and/or videos of the jewelry with the area of concern, and any helpful details about how or when the issue was noticed. Our team will review the images or videos provided, to assess whether the repair may fall under our manufacturing warranty.

If we determine that your jewellery is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, you will be required to send the item back to us. Upon receipt, we will carry out the necessary repairs at no cost to you.

If the damage is not due to a manufacturing defect, we will provide a repair quote. Once approved and paid, we will send you instructions to return the item. After receiving your jewellery, we will proceed with the necessary repairs, which typically take about 5 weeks, and return it to you once completed.

For any warranty or maintenance service, the jewellery must be returned to our designated after-sales service address for inspection and processing. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including both inbound and return shipping.


Warranty Limitations

Fancy Clarity shall not be held liable for any damage, loss, or expense arising from:

• Misuse, improper care, or failure to follow recommended care guidelines
• Normal wear and tear over time
• Unauthorized repairs or alterations
• External factors beyond our control

Routine care, safe wear, and proper storage remain the responsibility of the customer.


Customer Acknowledgement

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

• A manufacturing defect refers strictly to a fault present at the time of delivery
• Jewellery is subject to natural wear over time and requires ongoing maintenance
• Complimentary services are preventative and do not replace proper care
• Routine maintenance and safe use are the responsibility of the wearer
