These pieces are part of our Ready to Ship collection and are available at special promotional prices. All Ready to Ship items are pre-made and shipped from our Hong Kong workshop. Orders are typically dispatched within 72 hours of purchase. Tracking information will be updated once the shipment arrives in Australia and is processed by the local carrier.

As these pieces have already been completed, custom design modifications are not available. If Priority Crafting is selected at checkout, we may upgrade the shipping service depending on the destination postcode and carrier availability. Dispatch times remain unchanged, and any Priority Crafting fees paid are non-refundable.

A CAD design will be provided within 24 hours of purchase for reference purposes, allowing you to review the final dimensions and specifications of your Ready to Ship piece. As these items have already been completed, no design changes, stone changes, size changes, or custom modifications can be made.

If you wish to cancel your order after reviewing the CAD, a cancellation request must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase and will be subject to a 5% processing fee. Cancellation requests cannot be accepted after 48 hours from the time of purchase. If no cancellation request is received within this timeframe, the CAD will be deemed accepted and the order will be prepared for shipment.

Styles, sizes, and inventory are limited and updated regularly based on availability.

Complimentary resizing is not available for Ready to Ship items. If a different size is required after purchase, a new ring will need to be produced as a made-to-order piece, with applicable production and material costs. We strongly recommend confirming your ring size before ordering. Ring size suitability is the responsibility of the customer and is not considered a manufacturing defect.

All Ready to Ship jewellery is covered by our Lifetime Warranty, subject to the terms and exclusions outlined in our Warranty Policy.

Ready to Ship purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Exchanges are not available for Ready to Ship items. Requests for a different size, style, or specification cannot be processed as an exchange and may only be handled as a return, subject to a 30% restocking fee in accordance with our Return Policy.

Any approved refund applies to the product value only. Shipping charges, taxes, duties, and any Priority Crafting fees paid are non-refundable once incurred.
