Production Time
Since all of our jewelry is handmade, the production time for your order typically ranges from 15-20 days, depending on the style and complexity of the design. For custom orders, you will be notified if there are any delays in production. We strive to keep you updated every step of the way, ensuring you know when to expect your finished piece.
Priority Crafting: For expedited orders, production will be handled by our Hong Kong branch, with a processing time of 10-15 days. Please note that some styles, such as bracelets or Gold Vermeil products, are not eligible for expedited production.

Expedited Shipping for Priority Crafting Orders
