Fancy Clarity Shipping & Production Policy
This Shipping & Production Policy forms part of the terms and conditions governing all purchases made with Fancy Clarity. By placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
Production Time
All Fancy Clarity jewelry is individually crafted on a made-to-order basis. Standard production timelines typically range from 15–20 business days, depending on the design, materials, and complexity of the piece.
Production timelines provided are estimates only and may vary due to design requirements, material availability, or production scheduling. For custom orders, customers will be notified if material or design-related adjustments impact the production timeline.
Priority Crafting (Expedited Production)
For orders placed with Priority Crafting, production is handled by our Hong Kong branch with an estimated processing time of 7–10 business days.
Please note:
• Priority Crafting applies to production only
• Certain styles, including bracelets and Gold Vermeil products, are not eligible for expedited production
• Expedited production does not guarantee expedited shipping or courier transit times
Shipping Times
All shipping timeframes provided are indicative estimates only, based on standard courier transit times. Actual delivery times are determined solely by the courier and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including customs clearance, weather conditions, remote delivery locations, or peak shipping periods.
Domestic Orders (Australia)
Once production is completed, domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post. Estimated delivery is typically 2–5 business days after dispatch, subject to courier performance.
International Orders
For international shipments, the most suitable courier service will be selected based on the destination country and applicable logistics policies. Delivery times vary by country, courier, and customs processing requirements.
Shipping Delays
Shipping delays caused by factors beyond Fancy Clarity’s reasonable control, including but not limited to courier performance, customs clearance, weather conditions, remote delivery locations, or peak shipping periods, do not constitute grounds for refunds, returns, order cancellations, or chargebacks.
Expedited Orders (Priority Crafting) & Courier Services
Expedited Production Fee (Priority Crafting)
Orders placed with Priority Crafting are subject to an expedited production fee, which applies exclusively to priority manufacturing and processing.
Expedited orders are prioritized in production to ensure faster crafting and earlier dispatch compared to standard orders.
The expedited production fee does not include or guarantee expedited courier or express shipping services.
Courier Services
Due to policy and operational restrictions, express courier services, including but not limited to DHL and UPS, may be temporarily unavailable.
• For deliveries within Australia, Australia Post will be used by default
• For international deliveries, the most suitable carrier will be selected based on destination country regulations and local logistics policies
The courier selected for shipment does not affect the production priority or processing speed of expedited orders.
Non-Expedited Orders
For non-expedited (standard) orders, Fancy Clarity will select the most suitable logistics service based on the delivery location to facilitate shipment following completion of standard production timelines.
Free Shipping Policy
• Complimentary standard shipping is provided for non-expedited orders within Australia
• Priority Crafting orders incur an additional production fee
• International orders are subject to shipping fees calculated at checkout
Uniform Quality Standards
All Fancy Clarity jewelry is produced under uniform quality control standards, regardless of production location. Pieces crafted in Australia, Hong Kong, or other approved facilities are subject to the same material, craftsmanship, and inspection standards.
Address Changes
Requests to update shipping details must be submitted to service@fancyclarity.com as soon as possible after placing an order.
Lost or Damaged Packages
In the event a package is lost or damaged in transit, customers must notify service@fancyclarity.com promptly.
For any damage incurred during shipping, customers must provide clear photographic or video evidence within 48 hours of receipt. Claims submitted after this 48-hour period will not be accepted. Fancy Clarity will liaise with the courier to investigate the matter and, subject to the outcome of the courier’s claims process, arrange a replacement or issue a refund where applicable.
By completing a purchase with Fancy Clarity, customers acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined above. These policies are established to ensure fairness, transparency, and consistency, and are applied uniformly to all orders.
