How Free Resizing Works
We understand that finger sizes can change due to various factors, and getting the perfect fit is essential for comfort and wearability. If your ring doesn’t fit perfectly when it arrives, you can take advantage of our free resizing service within 6 months of receiving your order.

First Resize Free: We offer one complimentary resize within the first 6 months of receiving your ring, either up or down by 2 sizes. If you need a larger adjustment, we'll take care of it at no cost to you.

Additional Resizes: After your first complimentary resize, any further resizing requests will incur a small fee. The fee depends on the complexity of the resizing and the style of your ring, but we always strive to keep it affordable.
Resizing Limits

Classic Bands: Most of our classic bands can be resized up to 2 sizes up or down comfortably.

Pave Bands and Stones: For rings with pave bands or stone settings, we can resize them up to 2 sizes. For some intricate designs, resizing might be limited, but we will always inform you beforehand if resizing is not possible.

Wide Bands: Wide bands might require a slightly larger resize due to their structure, but we will ensure the adjustment is made without compromising the integrity of the design.

Engraved Rings: Please note that rings that have been engraved may have resizing limitations due to the design. If engraving is required after resizing, additional charges may apply for the process.
