Because each ring is individually handcrafted, resizing availability depends on the design, setting structure, materials, and the amount of adjustment required. Our jewellery team will assess the most suitable option available to maintain the beauty, comfort, and durability of your piece.
Ring Size Responsibility
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct ring size at the time of purchase. We strongly recommend confirming your ring size through a professional measurement before placing your order.
Complimentary resizing is provided as a courtesy service for eligible rings and does not guarantee that every ring design can be resized or that every size adjustment will be possible.
How Free Resizing Works
First Resize Free
One complimentary resize is available within 30 days from the confirmed delivery date shown by the carrier tracking information for eligible rings, subject to design feasibility and approval by our jewellery team.

Resizing is available up or down by a maximum of two sizes where the design allows. For reference, two sizes typically refer to adjustments within a range, such as J (US 4.75) to K (US 5.25).

If a larger adjustment is required, resizing may not be possible and a remake of the ring may be required. Any remake will be subject to additional craftsmanship fees and material cost differences, which will be confirmed by our jewellery team before proceeding.
Additional Resizes
Once a resize has been completed, any further adjustments will be treated as an additional resizing request and assessed separately.
Charges will depend on the complexity of the adjustment, the ring design, additional finishing requirements, and any materials or craftsmanship required.
Resizing Limitations & Design Considerations
Maximum Resizing Range
For designs that are suitable for resizing, adjustments are generally limited to a maximum of two sizes.
Requests beyond this range usually require a remake of the ring. A remake involves recreating the ring to the correct specifications rather than modifying the original piece and may include additional craftsmanship fees and material cost differences.
Plain Band Rings (No Accent Stones)
Rings with a plain band and no accent stones are generally the most suitable for resizing and can usually be adjusted within the two-size limit.
Certain designs may still require assessment by our jewellery team before approval.
Rings with Stones Set Along the Band
Rings featuring stones set along the band, including pavé, shared-prong, channel-set, or other accent stone designs, require additional consideration before resizing.
For full eternity styles (stones set around the entire band), resizing is generally not available due to the nature of the setting, as adjusting the ring may affect stone alignment, setting structure, and overall durability.
For non-full eternity designs, resizing may be possible depending on the specific design and stone placement. However, adjusting the original ring may place pressure on the band and surrounding stone settings, which could affect long-term durability and stone stability.
Customers will be informed of any potential limitations before resizing proceeds and may choose between resizing or a remake option where applicable. If resizing is approved for a design with these considerations, customers acknowledge that the resized ring may have different structural characteristics compared with a newly manufactured ring. Once resizing has been approved and completed, resizing-related structural changes are not considered manufacturing defects.

Men’s Rings
Some men's rings with an open inner structure, hollow construction, comfort-fit design, or limited metal thickness may not be suitable for direct resizing.
Our jewellery team will assess the construction of the ring before confirming whether resizing is possible.
Matte Finish Rings
Rings with a matte or brushed finish require additional refinishing after resizing to restore the original surface texture and appearance.
The resizing service may be complimentary; however, additional refinishing work required to restore the original matte/brushed finish will incur a $20 AUD refinishing fee.
Engraved Rings
Engraved rings require additional processing before and after resizing.
If resizing is approved, engraving removal and re-engraving will be required.
The resizing service may be complimentary; however, engraving work is a separate service and will incur a $40 AUD engraving service fee.
Important Information Before Requesting Resizing
Please note that resizing is performed on the original ring rather than creating a new piece.
The process may involve stretching or compressing the metal, reshaping the band, adjusting the structure, and refinishing the surface. As a result, a resized ring may have slight differences in:

While our jewellers take every precaution during the resizing process, a resized ring may not have exactly the same structural characteristics, proportions, or stone-setting stability as a newly crafted ring.
These changes are a normal result of modifying an existing handcrafted piece and do not indicate a manufacturing defect.
By requesting a resize, customers acknowledge and accept the nature and limitations of the resizing process.
Any resizing, repair, or modification performed by a third party may affect eligibility for future resizing services or warranty coverage.
