Each piece is handcrafted and made to order. Due to variations in ring size and specifications, as well as adjustments made to ensure durability and wearing comfort, design details, stone placement, proportions, and setting structures may differ slightly from the website images. A CAD design will be provided for approval before production. Once approved, or if no response is received within the specified timeframe, the CAD will be deemed accepted and used as the final production reference. As each piece is individually crafted, design adjustments may be required to accommodate ring size, stone dimensions, structural integrity, and wearing comfort. Any such adjustments reflected in the approved CAD are considered accepted by the customer and do not constitute a manufacturing defect or grounds for a full refund.
