Each piece is handcrafted and made to order. Due to variations in ring size, stone dimensions, and individual specifications, as well as adjustments required for durability and wearing comfort, design details, stone quantities, stone placement, proportions, measurements, and setting structures may differ slightly from the website images.
A CAD design will be provided for approval before production. Once approved, or if no response is received within the specified timeframe, the CAD will be deemed accepted and used as the final production reference. Any variations shown in the approved CAD are considered accepted by the customer and do not constitute a manufacturing defect or grounds for a full refund.

This payment covers the difference in material cost (gold or silver) and remake labor for rings that cannot be resized directly due to design complexity (e.g. full eternity bands, stone-encrusted bands, or major size changes).

Engraving removal, if your ring has an existing inscription
Return shipping once the resizing or remake is completed
Please note: resizing itself is complimentary, but remake-related material and labor costs may apply.
